Baskets with herbed french bread crisps

 

Butlered Hors d’oeuvres

Coconut lime shrimp on knotted skewers with a jalapeno ranch dipping sauce

Franks in blankets with mustard sauce

Brie and peach in puff pastry

Guest tables set with water,wine glass, roll and butter

Salad of soft baby greens, grape tomatoes, radish, cranberries

Cucumber  and walnuts............... classic vinaigrette dressing

Lemon-herbed chicken breast, garnished with parsley  or Roasted salmon topped with a mango and tomato salsa

  •  A complete, personalized menu for a seated dinner, buffet or food stations meal
  • One-hour cocktail reception with your choice of 5 butlered hors d’oeuvres
  • Cocktail grazing station
  • Four-hour bar service

  • A pre-selected choice of two entrées for seated dinner
  • A table side vegetarian entrée substitute, upon request, for seated dinner at no additional cost
  • Fresh flowers and greenery for any cocktail buffet, station or buffet
  • Packages assume tables and chairs are provided by site
  • Cake table decorated with fresh flowers
  • China, flatware, glassware, kitchen staff, wait staff and bar tenders. Linens and 6% sales tax is additional.
